TKC Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Field Support Technician to travel to customer sites and repair proprietary equipment including kiosks, vending machines, and networking gear. You will work with the Service Desk to handle incidents and remotely assist on-site repairs.

The role requires an associate degree or equivalent experience, strong communication, and network repair skills. On-site travel within the service area and occasional training in Saint Louis are expected.

Competenze

• Associate's degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school, or 6 months to 1 year related experience.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret business materials and technical procedures.
• Ability to write reports and business correspondence with clarity.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with managers, clients, and the public.
• Must have knowledge of T-1 and analog circuit repair and multiple network disciplines.

Mansioni

• Diagnose, test, repair and replace kiosks, PCs, vending machines, and networking equipment in correctional facilities.
• Collaborate with Service Desk and regional staff on preventative maintenance and walk-throughs.
• Travel using a company car to customer locations within the service area.
• Update Work Order entries with travel time, notes, and resolutions.
• Travel to Saint Louis for hands-on training as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
