Job summary

SupportFinity™ is seeking a Field Support Technician in Jacksonville, FL to travel and repair proprietary equipment utilized by our customers. This position requires strong communication skills and the ability to diagnose various equipment like kiosks, PCs, and vending machines.

The ideal candidate will possess an Associate's degree or equivalent experience, along with T-1 circuit repair knowledge. Comprehensive benefits include medical, dental, vision, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Must possess an Associate's degree or equivalent from a technical school.
• Ability to present information effectively and solve practical problems.
• Must have strong written and verbal skills.

Responsibilities

• Travel to customer locations to diagnose and repair equipment.
• Communicate effectively with customers and team members.
• Update Work Order module with travel and work notes.

Skills

Ability to read and interpret technical procedures

T-1 and analog circuit repair knowledge

Good working relationships with facility personnel
