Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Field Supervisor to oversee on-site Security Professionals and ensure continuous coverage at client sites, working closely with Operations Managers to deliver reliable service.

Responsibilities include regular post visits, inspections for policy adherence and quality, on-the-job training, scheduling support, incident response, and comprehensive reporting to keep client operations running smoothly.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Driver’s License with at least one year of driving experience; no major violations within last 36 months; no more than one at-fault accident in last 24 months; no more than one minor moving violation in last 24 months.
• Minimum of three (3) years of professional protective service experience.
• Ability to write effective and concise reports in legible handwriting.
• Strong communication skills, initiative, and ability to manage multiple assignments.

Responsibilities

• Visit assigned post locations regularly to monitor performance and ensure site standards.
• Conduct on-the-job training for new employees or when post orders change.
• Respond to call-offs and assist with scheduling changes.
• Identify and report personnel issues to Operations Manager or Corporate HR.
• Administer counseling or disciplinary actions per policy under guidance.
• Distribute information to posts and collect acknowledgements.
• Respond to client or site emergencies and communicate with relevant managers.
