Allied Universal is hiring a Field Supervisor to supervise Security Professionals on remotely managed accounts and ensure site coverage. The role involves on-site supervision, training, post inspections, and coordination with Operations Managers to maintain service quality.

The position requires 2+ years of security experience, supervisory background, a valid driver’s license, and proficiency with computers/tablets. Excellent communication and organization are essential to success.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant security experience.
• Supervisory experience required, managing teams and ensuring policy compliance.
• Valid driver’s license with driving experience and clean record as per policy.
• Proficiency using computers or tablets and relevant software.
• Background in customer service with strong communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Visit assigned post locations regularly to monitor performance, address daily issues, communicate policy changes, adjust staffing, and conduct post inspections for quality and hygiene.
• Conduct on-the-job training with site supervision for new staff or post order changes.
• Respond to call-offs during shifts, coordinate fill-ins, and assist scheduling for changes.
• Identify personnel issues and forward to Operations Manager or HR; may assist with reporting.
• Assist with counseling or disciplinary actions under direction of management.
• Distribute information to posts and collect signed acknowledgments.
• Respond to client or site emergencies ensuring proper communications.
