Allied Universal is seeking a Field Supervisor to oversee operations for remotely managed accounts, supervise Security Professionals on-site, and ensure continuous site coverage. This role collaborates with Operations Managers to maintain service delivery and post standards.

The Field Supervisor will conduct on-the-job training, adjust staffing, and respond to emergencies, while maintaining accurate reporting and client communication. Strong driving authority and leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record; 1+ year driving experience preferred.
• Minimum of three years of professional protective service experience.
• Ability to write concise reports in legible handwriting.
• Excellent communication and ability to interact with all levels of staff.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Responsabilités

• Supervise on-site Security Professionals and ensure site coverage at all times.
• Visit posts to monitor performance and update post orders as needed.
• Train new employees on post instructions and emergency procedures.
• Assist with scheduling changes and call-offs at the site.
• Identify personnel issues and report to management as directed.
• Distribute information to posts and collect signed acknowledgments.
• Respond to client/site emergencies and coordinate with management.
