Job summary

Allied Universal is hiring a Security Field Supervisor to supervise Security Professionals at remote accounts and ensure site coverage. The role involves coordinating with Operations Managers to supervise service delivery and maintain professional standards at all times.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver’s license, and at least three years of protective service experience. You will train staff, manage schedules, and respond to emergencies as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license with at least one year of driving experience and no major violations in 36 months.
• Minimum of three (3) years of professional protective service experience.
• Ability to write effective and concise reports.
• Outstanding oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to interact at all levels of the organization, including clients.
• Ability to prioritize multiple assignments and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Visit assigned posts to monitor performance and ensure coverage; adjust staffing schedules and inspect posts for quality standards.
• Conduct on-the-job training for new employees and review post orders as needed.
• Respond to call-offs and assist with scheduling changes at the site.
• Identify personnel issues and report to Operations Manager or HR; may assist with investigations.
• May execute disciplinary actions under direction of management.
• Distribute information to posts and obtain signed acknowledgements.
• Respond to client or site emergencies and communicate with management.
