Allied Universal in New York is seeking a Security Field Supervisor to oversee Security Professionals on remote accounts and ensure on-site coverage. The role partners with Operations Managers to supervise remote service delivery and maintain quality standards.

Starting pay rate is $19.67 per hour. Candidates should have a valid NYS Guard License and a valid driver’s license, plus at least three years of protective service experience. Benefits include medical, dental, vision and paid holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Driver’s License with at least one year of driving experience and a clean record.
• Minimum of three years of professional protective service experience.
• Ability to write effective and concise reports in legible handwriting.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines.
• Licensing requirements depend on state/local laws; NYS Guard License preferred.

Responsabilités

• Visit assigned post locations regularly to monitor performance and maintain standards.
• On-the-job training for new employees and post-order briefings.
• Respond to call-offs, assist scheduling, and fill gaps as needed.
• Identify personnel issues and escalate to management with reports.
• Administer counseling actions only as directed by management.
• Distribute information to posts and obtain signed acknowledgements.
• Respond to client or site emergencies with proper communication.
