Job summary

Allied Universal is hiring a Field Supervisor to supervise Security Professionals at assigned posts and ensure coverage for remotely managed accounts. You will work with Operations Managers daily to supervise remote service delivery, conduct on-the-job training, and adjust staffing to meet client needs.

The role requires a high school diploma, a valid driver’s license with clean driving history, and at least three years of professional protective service experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Driver’s License with driving experience and: no major violations in 36 months, no more than one at-fault accident in 24 months, no more than one minor moving violation in 24 months, and no combination of one at-fault accident and one minor moving violation in 24 months.
• Minimum of three (3) years of professional protective service experience.
• Ability to write effective and concise reports in legible handwriting.
• Able to use good independent judgment and discretion.
• Outstanding oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to interact at all levels of the organization, including clients.
• Demonstrated ability to take initiative and manage multiple deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Visit assigned post locations on a regular basis to monitor performance and maintain quality standards.
• Conduct on-the-job training for new employees and post changes.
• Respond to call-offs during shifts and assist with scheduling.
• Identify personnel problems and forward to management or HR; may assist with investigations.
• Administer counseling or disciplinary actions under direction of HR/Branch management.
• Distribute information to posts and obtain signed acknowledgments.
• Respond to client or site emergencies and communicate with Operations/Branch Manager.
