Job summary

The NRP Group LLC is seeking a Project Superintendent to oversee on-site construction of residential multi-family complexes. You will coordinate field operations, ensure adherence to project documents, safety protocols, and quality standards, while maintaining smooth communication with project stakeholders.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years of on-site supervision experience in multi-family construction, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage scheduling, permits, and subcontractors

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction or Civil related field preferred or equivalent relevant experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience managing the construction of multi-family projects with stable employment history.

Responsibilities

• Organize sequencing of field operations, staging of materials and satellite office.
• Prepare project updates, documentation and related administrative duties.
• Supervise on-site construction activities to ensure project is built to design and specifications.
• Represent the company with subcontractors, consultants, owners, vendors and municipal agencies as required.
• Coordinate deliveries and material staging to maintain a safe and clean work environment.
• Approve and process monthly subcontractor and vendor payment applications.
• Complete accurate job and progress reports and related project documentation.
