Job summary

NRP Investments LLC is seeking a Project Superintendent to lead on-site construction of residential complexes under the Project Manager of Construction. You’ll organize field operations, stage materials, prepare updates, and enforce safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities include coordinating permits, liaising with municipalities, conducting safety meetings, supervising subcontractors, and ensuring project milestones and occupancy dates are met while maintaining professional conduct.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction or Civil related field preferred or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Organize sequencing of field operations, staging of materials and satellite office.
• Prepare project updates, documentation and related administrative duties.
• Solve problems, prioritize and multi-task while maintaining communication and organizational skills.
• Implement quality assurance and control procedures to meet contract requirements.
• Supervise on-site construction activities to ensure project is built per design and schedule.
• Represent the company with subcontractors, consultants, owners, vendors and authorities as required.
• Assist project management with permits for construction and utility services.
• Conduct preconstruction meetings and safety meetings; review scope and drawings.
• Ensure safety protocols and quality standards are followed on site.
• Coordinate deliveries and material staging; maintain safe, clean work zones.
• Report progress to project manager and keep project documentation up to date.
• Exercise construction process control to meet turnover dates and occupancy.
• Complete accurate job progress reports and related documents.
