Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Strategic Planning & Partnership with cross-functional teams in restructures, launches, and deployment planning.
• Full lifecycle support for design, execution, and maintenance of field alignment.
• Execute changes in compliant processes and meet business requirements.
• Manage Alignment Stewards and ZAIDYN-related tasks daily.
• Lead operations with prioritization, responsiveness, and continuous improvement.
• Support call deck maintenance and downstream field sales activities.
• Collaborate across teams to support field sales priorities.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, tools, and governance.
