Job summary

S.A. Comunale Co., Inc. is seeking an Outside Sprinkler Sales Representative to sell new contracts for sprinkler systems. The role includes bidding contract work, creating job schedules, coordinating tool delivery, and managing personnel across projects, with reporting to the VP of Sprinkler Contract Sales.

This position requires travel to customer sites and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment focused on sales, client prospecting, and service excellence.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ of sales experience selling services.
• NICET Level III certification.
• Proven knowledge of NFPA 13.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Sell sprinkler system services to new and existing customers.
• Learn, understand, and interpret local, state, and national building fire codes to identify compliance issues and recommend solutions.
• Create job schedules and coordinate the delivery of tools to the project site.
• Travel to customer sites and attend job progress meetings.
• Identify and manage the personnel assigned to each project and track their labor efficiency.
