Job summary

DeAngelo Contracting Services (DCS) is seeking motivated Herbicide Applicator Technicians to control weeds, grass, and brush along roadsides and rights-of-way while safely operating herbicide application equipment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Class B CDL required.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving history (5+ years).
• Ability to travel up to 2–3 weeks at a time.
• DOT drug screen, DOT physical, background check, and motor vehicle record review required.

Responsibilities

• Apply herbicides to roadsides, rights-of-way, guardrails, and other areas.
• Operate and maintain spray trucks and vegetation management equipment.
• Perform daily inspections, calibration, and maintenance of vehicles and equipment.
• Maintain documentation including labels and SDS.
• Follow company safety policies and environmental regulations.
