Job summary

Caterpillar Inc. is seeking a BCP Customer Solutions Representative to support Fabick in Wisconsin or Missouri. You’ll drive growth across the dealer’s BCP portfolio—machine sales, parts, attachments, services, technology, and customer value agreements—while strengthening dealer capability in a customer-focused team.

You will visit customers, gather insights, present solutions, and collaborate across functions to meet goals and expand digital platform adoption.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Deliver the annual business plan for the assigned territory, including BCP machine, parts, attachment, services, and customer value agreements.
• Support variance programs and actions that grow sales of machine, parts, attachments, and services.
• Collaborate with dealer and internal teams to strengthen cross-functional execution and dealer capability.
• Forecast attachments, plan inventory, strategize sales, and introduce new attachments.
• Identify opportunities to grow Caterpillar BCP sales and displace competitors.
