Job summary

Caterpillar Inc. is seeking a BCP Customer Solutions Representative to drive profitable growth across the dealer's BCP portfolio, including machine sales, parts, attachments, services, and Customer Value Agreements.

You will strengthen dealer sales capability and support customer-focused solutions in a field-based role with Thompson Tractor, based out of Birmingham, AL. You will visit customers regularly, manage dealer relationships, deliver the assigned territory business plan, and collaborate

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree preferred and dealer-facing or customer-facing experience.
Solution-oriented, resilient approach with a strong customer-back mindset.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to self-manage time and priorities.

Responsibilities

Deliver the annual business plan for the assigned territory across BCP portfolio.
Support variance programs and actions to grow machine, parts, attachments, and services sales.
Partner with dealer and internal teams to strengthen cross-functional execution.
Support attachment forecasting, inventory planning, and sales strategy.
Identify opportunities to grow Caterpillar BCP sales and displace competitors.
Develop Customer Value Agreement offers and services commitments.
Improve dealer performance through funnel management and reviews.
Drive dealer and customer adoption of digital platforms (Cat Central, VisionLink).
Visit customers regularly to understand needs, present solutions, and resolve issues.
Share Voice of Customer and Voice of Dealer insights with stakeholders.
