Job summary

Caterpillar Inc. in the United States is seeking a Field-facing BCP Customer Solutions Representative to support Thompson Tractor, based in Birmingham, AL.

You will help drive profitable growth across the dealer’s BCP portfolio, including machine sales, parts, attachments, services, technology, and Customer Value Agreements. This role requires traveling 50%+, onsite five days a week, and collaborating with multiple teams to deliver customer-focused solutions and strengthen dealer sales

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; experience in dealer-facing roles is expected.
• Experience in dealer-facing field assignment or equivalent customer-facing role.
• Strong organizational skills with ability to self-manage priorities.
• Ability to drive sales growth and customer onboarding.
• Proven ability to build relationships across a matrix organization.

Responsibilities

• Deliver the annual business plan for the assigned territory across BCP products.
• Support dealer and customer expansion of sales across machine, parts, attachments, services.
• Collaborate with dealer sales, parts, service, and marketing teams.
• Drive adoption of digital platforms like Cat Central, VisionLink, shop.cat.com, and parts.cat.com.
• Visit customers regularly to understand needs and present solutions.
• Strengthen dealer capability and improve onboarding.
• Manage and forecast attachments and inventory.
