Job summary

Caterpillar Inc. is seeking a Customer Solutions Representative for Building Construction Products to support Fabick in Wisconsin or Missouri. The role drives growth across machine sales, parts, attachments, services, and Customer Value Agreements, while strengthening dealer capabilities and delivering customer-focused solutions.

Travel is substantial (>50%), with onsite work five days a week in Milwaukee, Madison, WI, or St. Louis, MO.

Responsibilities

• Deliver the annual business plan for BCP territory including machines, parts, and services.
• Support dealer/customer activation and growth through value-based offers.
• Collaborate with dealer teams to strengthen execution and capability.
• Drive adoption of digital platforms and monitor performance and progress.
