Job summary

Abbott is seeking a front-line Screening Solutions Specialist to drive Cologuard adoption in Dover and surrounding areas. This field-based role focuses on building relationships with healthcare providers, capturing insights in CRM, and advancing the system of care through data-driven account plans.

The base pay ranges from $61,300 to $122,700 annually, with opportunities to travel locally and overnight as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Sales, Business Management, Marketing or Science, or 4 years relevant experience in lieu of degree.
• 2+ years of sales, inside sales or account management experience OR 1+ years plus 1+ years healthcare setting experience.
• Valid driver’s license; no suspended, revoked, surrendered, invalid license.
• Demonstrated ability to meet healthcare facility access requirements and to work in a role requiring travel.

Responsibilities

• Drive product growth of Cologuard in medical practices to meet sales goals within the assigned geography.
• Establish relationships with clinicians and administrators; capture data in CRM and generate market insights.
• Develop and implement business and account plans to increase visibility and sales growth.
• Educate target physician groups about Abbott products and value propositions to support informed treatment decisions.
