Job summary

Air Comm, a seasoned wireless solutions provider, seeks an Outside Sales Representative to drive revenue by identifying and closing new business while expanding relationships with existing customers. The role requires prospecting, discovery, tailored solutions, and collaboration with engineering and service teams.

The ideal candidate will be a hunter and relationship builder with strong pipeline management and a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED or equivalent.
• Experience in outside sales, business development or related field preferred.
• Proven ability to generate leads, develop relationships, and close sales.
• Experience with CRM systems and sales pipeline management is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive new business development through prospecting, cold calling, networking, referrals, account research and lead generation.
• Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline with consistent prospecting and follow-up.
• Develop strategies to penetrate new accounts and expand market presence.
• Identify decision-makers and buying influences within prospective accounts.
• Manage opportunities from discovery through close and provide accurate forecasts.
