Job summary

Spectrum is hiring an Outside Sales Representative to engage customers face-to-face within the community. The role emphasizes connecting people to Spectrum’s high‑speed internet, TV, mobile, and voice services while meeting and exceeding sales targets.

You will spend significant time outdoors, travel across assigned territories, and collaborate with teams to drive growth and customer satisfaction. A high school diploma is required.

Qualifications

• Previous sales experience in a consumer-facing role is preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish capacity is a plus.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Acquire new residential customers by visiting assigned leads and presenting Spectrum offerings.
• Conduct needs analyses to tailor product recommendations for each customer.
• Present compelling proposals aligned with customer needs and Spectrum solutions.
• Complete sales documentation, dispositioning, order entry, and reporting.
• Attend sales meetings and training to support team goals.
• Achieve monthly targets across Spectrum high-speed data, mobile, landline, and video services.
• Monitor competitors and report relevant information to the manager.
