Spectrum is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to engage communities and convert prospects into Spectrum customers. You will meet face-to-face with residential clients, tailor solutions, and close deals across data, mobile, landline, and video services.

The role emphasizes travel in assigned territories, evenings/weekends availability, and a performance-driven environment with incentives that can push total compensation over $100,000 annually.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent work experience.
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand English.
• Willingness to travel to assigned territories.
• Must have a valid driver's license and use of a personal vehicle.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Availability to work evenings and weekends as needed.
• 2+ years sales or relevant work experience.

Responsibilities

• Acquire new residential customers by visiting assigned leads and introducing Spectrum’s offerings.
• Conduct consultative needs analyses to tailor product recommendations for each prospective customer.
• Present compelling sales proposals that align with customer needs and highlight Spectrum’s solutions.
• Complete all required sales documentation, including dispositioning, order entry and reporting.
• Participate in sales meetings and training to support team goals and development.
• Achieve monthly sales targets across high-speed data, mobile, landline, and video services.
• Monitor competitors’ activities within your territory and report insights to your manager.
