Job summary

Olympus Corporation of the Americas is seeking a Regional Solutions Manager for the Houston & Dallas, TX region. This field-based leadership role oversees Endoscopy Support Specialists, ensuring quality service delivery, customer satisfaction, and adherence to ISO 13485 and FDA QSR standards.

The role collaborates with sales and corporate teams to drive growth, optimize field operations, and maintain strong relationships with clinicians and customers. Travel up to 25% is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in service operations, training, customer account management roles or supervisory roles.
• Experience in healthcare, medical device, or comparable service industries.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel up to 25%.
• Strong work ethic with collaborative, independent leadership.
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop ESS team members to exceed performance objectives through training and skill development.
• Direct field operations to ensure efficient scheduling, compliant service delivery, and accurate documentation.
• Partner with sales and service management to drive growth and resolve service challenges.
• Deliver service business reviews with key accounts and maintain strategic relationships.
• Support management and corporate partners in establishing goals and strategies.
