Job summary

Axon is seeking a seasoned professional to own customer outcomes in a strategic account, with hands-on delivery of Axon platform solutions onsite. You’ll build, ship, and optimize AI-enabled tools and workflows within agency environments, ensuring adoption and measurable mission impact.

You will maintain a strong onsite presence, collaborate across Product, Engineering, Sales, Support, and Services, and drive proactive outcome design while upholding CJIS compliance and security standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing technical roles, program management, or operational transformation.
• Preferred experience in public safety, law enforcement, or mission-critical environments.
• Strong communication with technical teams and senior stakeholders.
• Ability to obtain CJIS compliance and adhere to security standards.

Responsibilities

• Owns the customer outcomes lifecycle end-to-end in field deployments.
• Designs, builds, and ships capabilities on Axon's platform onsite.
• Maintains onsite presence 3–4 days/week with the customer.
• Leads strategic planning and QBRs with agency leadership.
