Job summary

Axon is seeking a seasoned, onsite-focused professional to own customer outcomes within strategic accounts. You will design, build, and ship capabilities on Axon's platform, embedding with agencies to ensure adoption, optimization, and lasting impact across deployments.

You will drive hands-on adoption, measure mission outcomes, and collaborate across Product, Engineering and Sales to turn field insights into scalable playbooks.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in customer-facing technical roles, program management, or complex deployment environments.
• Proven builder who shipped automations, agents, workflows, or AI-enabled tools in customer settings.
• Comfort across hardware, software, cloud, and integrated systems.
• Ability to obtain and maintain CJIS compliance; security-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

• Onsite building and platform delivery across deployment, adoption, optimization and ongoing success.
• Design, build, and ship tools using Axon's platform to deliver mission outcomes.
• Coordinate cross-functional work across Product, Engineering, Support and Services.
• Capture field insights and patterns to influence roadmap and reusable playbooks.
• Lead field engagements, success metrics, and quarterly business reviews with stakeholders.
• Identify expansion opportunities and partner with Sales on account strategy.
• Maintain consistent onsite presence (3–4 days/week) and track time-to-production use.
• Ensure CJIS compliance and security standards in all builds.
