Job summary

Hired is seeking a consultative business sales professional to grow new and existing accounts within an assigned territory in Mount Pleasant, Ohio. This field role focuses on tailoring technology solutions that solve business challenges while building revenue and long-term relationships.

You will develop leads through cold calling and partner selling, win new business, and retain and grow customers. Travel up to 50% is expected, with a mobile sales model and major emphasis on relationship

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
• Four or more years of relevant work experience, including work and/or military experience.
• Experience in outside sales, prospecting, and negotiation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and qualify leads through cold calling, partner selling, lead-generation campaigns, and social selling.
• Win new business and incremental revenue while meeting sales targets.
• Retain, manage, and grow the existing customer base.
• Build relationships with key decision makers and present multi-product solution opportunities.
• Educate customers on business solutions and coordinate with support partners.
• Track and report sales progress using sales-force automation tools.
• Travel within the assigned sales territory; expected travel may be up to approximately 50%.
