Verizon is seeking an Account Manager SMB- Business Sales in Elk Grove, CA. This on-site role (40 hours/week) focuses on hunting and growing SMB accounts, consultative selling of integrated software solutions, and achieving sales targets across Cloud, Security, ISP, VoIP, and Google platforms.

The position offers a lucrative base salary with commission, comprehensive benefits starting day one, and up to 50% travel within the assigned territory.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 3+ years of work experience.
• 3+ years of relevant work experience.
• Willingness to travel up to ~50% of the time.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Develop and qualify leads within territory to drive sales opportunities.
• Grow new business and incremental revenue to meet targets.
• Retain and expand existing customer base.
• Educate customers on innovative business solutions.
• Build relationships with key decision makers.
• Present multi-product solution opportunities.
• Sell integrated software solutions (Cloud, Security, ISP, VoIP, Google).
• Track progress using CRM tools.
• Drive sales and manage relationships for 1–19 employee accounts.
