• Associate degree with 9+ years of relevant experience in Construction Management/ related.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related discipline with 6+ years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee subcontractors and construction to ensure safety, quality, and drawing intent.
• Ensure work follows the project schedule and escalate delays.
• Prepare Daily Reports and Quality Inspection Reports and maintain records.
• Take progress photos and manage project documentation.
• Prepare contract extras and progress payments with the Project Manager.
• Provide clear communication with management and clients.
