Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or Engineering with 6 years of related experience.

Responsibilities

Oversee subcontractors and construction to meet safety, quality, and drawings.
Maintain schedule adherence and report delays to the Project Construction Manager.
Prepare Daily Reports and Quality Inspection Reports.
Take progress photographs and label them for records.
Prepare Monthly Progress Reports.
Ensure contractors use the latest design drawing revisions.
Assist Project Construction Manager as needed.
Prepare contract extras and progress payments with client approval.
Communicate with project management and clients professionally.
Maintain on-site records per CDM Smith requirements.
