Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent plus 12 years of relevant experience.
• Associate degree plus 9 years of relevant experience.
• Bachelor’s degree plus 6 years of relevant experience in Construction Management/Engineering; at least 3 years in Construction Management/Supervision.

Responsibilities

• Oversees subcontractors and construction to ensure safety, quality, and conformance to drawings.
• Keeps project on schedule; escalates delays to Project Construction Manager.
• Writes daily and quality inspection reports for project records.
• Takes progress photos and labels them for documentation.
• Prepares monthly progress reports and ensures latest design revisions are used.
• May assist Project Construction Manager on large projects.
• Prepares contract extras and progress payments with client approval.
