Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with 12 years of construction experience.
• Associate degree with 9 years in construction management or related field.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related discipline with 6 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee subcontractors and construction to ensure safety, quality, and alignment with drawings.
• Ensure work follows the project schedule and escalate delays as needed.
• Prepare daily and monthly reports and maintain project records.
• Maintain on-site document control and proper correspondence with project management and clients.
