Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent plus twelve (12) years of relevant experience.
• Associate degree plus nine (9) years of relevant experience.
• Bachelor’s degree plus six (6) years of relevant experience in Construction Management, Engineering, or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Oversee subcontractors and on-site construction to ensure safety, quality and conformance to drawings.
• Maintain project schedule and escalate delays to Project Construction Manager.
• Prepare daily, quality inspection and monthly progress reports.
