Qualifications

• High school diploma plus 12 years of relevant experience
• Associate degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related; 9+ years relevant experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related; 6+ years relevant experience; at least 3 years in supervision

Responsibilities

• Oversees subcontractors and construction to ensure safety, quality and adherence to drawings.
• Ensures work aligns with project schedule; escalates delays to Project Construction Manager.
• Writes Daily Reports and Quality Inspection Reports; maintains record documents.
• Takes progress photos and labels them; prepares Monthly Progress Reports.
• Ensures contractors use latest design drawings; may assist Project Construction Manager.
• Prepares contract extras and progress payments for client; communicates with management and clients.
• Maintains on-site records per CDM Smith requirements; follows Quality Policy.
