Position Overview:
Term: 1+ year
Location: Remote (100% travel)
Pay: $30.00 - $37.00; commensurate with experience
Hours: Standard business hours
Our Field Services Team delivers value by building long-term customer relationships through effective communication, issue triage, and proactive problem-solving. What you'll do as the Field Services Technician:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience or equivalent.
- Authorized to work in the US.
- Valid driver's license, Insurance, and RealID/Passport for travel.
- At least 25 years of age.
- Basic PC skills, electronic skills, and familiarity with hardware and operating systems.
- Ability to perform essential functions with or without accommodations.
- Prolonged travel involving several hours of driving daily.
- Willingness to work rotating and weekend shifts.
- Ability to lift tools, parts, and equipment up to 75 lbs. alone, and up to 150 lbs. with assistance.
- Physical ability to bend, squat, walk, stand, sit, reach, and manipulate objects of varying sizes.
- Willing to undergo training for various certifications.
- Possession of basic hand tools (screwdrivers, crimpers, pliers, etc.).
What you will bring to the team:
- Ability to add or remove non-powered equipment hardware.
- Ability to add or remove wiring and connections on non-working equipment and switchboard cables.
- Lead verification and continuity testing skills.
- Ability to analyze job specifications and drawings.
- Understanding of Scope of Work (SOW) and ability to write comprehensive Job Change Order (JCO) summaries.
- Ability to assign work to Skill Level 1 and 2 Installers.
- Preparation of Method of Procedure (MOP).
- Writing Job Information Memorandums (JIMs).
- Problem-solving skills related to job specifications and drawings.
- Ability to update office record drawings accurately.
- Conducting in-process and final quality inspections.
