Position Overview:

• Term: 1+ year
• Location: Remote (100% travel)
• Pay: $30.00 - $37.00, commensurate with experience
• Hours: Standard business hours

Role Description:

Our Field Services Team delivers value by building long-term customer relationships through effective communication and problem-solving. As a first-line responder, you will organize, triage, and resolve customer issues, often addressing problems proactively. Formal training will equip you to meet customer needs efficiently.

Responsibilities:

• Add or remove non-powered hardware equipment
• Add or remove wiring and connections (on non-working equipment and switchboard cables)
• Lead verification and continuity testing
• Analyze job specifications and drawings
• Understand the Scope of Work (SOW) and write Job Change Order (JCO) summaries
• Assign tasks to Skill Level 1 and 2 Installers
• Prepare Method of Procedure (MOP)
• Write Job Information Memorandums (JIMs)
• Resolve issues related to specifications and drawings
• Update office record drawings
• Conduct in-process and final quality inspections

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience or equivalent
• Authorized to work in the US
• Valid driver's license, insurance, and RealID/Passport for travel
• At least 25 years old
• Basic PC and electronic skills; familiarity with hardware and OS
• Ability to perform essential functions with or without accommodations
• Willingness to travel extensively, including driving several hours daily
• Willing to work rotating and weekend shifts
• Ability to lift tools and equipment up to 75 lbs. alone, 150 lbs. with assistance
• Physical ability to perform bending, squatting, walking, standing, and manual tasks
• Willing to undergo training for certifications
• Possess basic hand tools (screwdrivers, crimpers, pliers, etc.)
