The role ensures standardized service delivery and robust operating systems, driving results through manager-level leaders and coordinating operational, commercial, and technology efforts. The position emphasizes cross-functional alignment, accountability, and continuous improvement to deliver reliable service outcomes across locations.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in field service operations or service delivery with managerial experience.
• Experience leading managers in distributed environments.
• Proven track record in coaching and leadership development.
• Experience managing KPIs: productivity, utilization, service levels, labor efficiency, cost-to-serve.
• Willingness to travel 50%+.

Responsibilities

• Owns network performance for Field Service operations by executing and reinforcing operating standards across the Field Services network.
• Drives consistent execution of field service work against planned service schedules through manager-level leaders.
• Owns the management system for reviewing, analyzing, and improving key service performance indicators.
• Builds managerial leadership capability by coaching managers and developing leaders.
• Ensures managers conduct effective performance reviews and accountability processes.
