Job summary

Scientific Games is seeking a Field Service Manager in Minnesota to oversee field operations, manage lottery equipment at multiple sites, and ensure inventory and consumables are stocked. You will lead a team of field service personnel, coordinating with Lottery staff to maintain reliable service and meeting performance targets.

You will supervise staffing, manage budgets, conduct performance evaluations, and drive continuous improvements in field procedures.

Qualifications

Experience supervising field service staff and managing service quality.
Strong communication and coordination with internal teams and customers.
Ability to learn new technologies related to lottery hardware/software.
Willingness to travel within the state and work flexible hours.

Responsibilities

Accountable for on-time delivery of field service activities supporting online operations.
Supervise Field Services personnel; recruit, coach and train staff.
Prepare and monitor departmental budgets within the approved Field Services budget.
Conduct performance evaluations and provide development guidance.
Oversee field-related projects and maintenance programs.
Diagnose problems and provide over-the-phone assistance to technicians.
Monitor call queues; manage staff toward zero SLAs and minimal overtime.
