Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Thorough understanding of lottery related computer software, hardware technologies is preferred.
• Must possess a good driving record.
• Previous project and personnel supervisor or management experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee field operations across multiple site locations in the state.
• Manage inventory and consumables for field services.
• Supervise Field Services personnel and participate in recruiting, coaching and training.
• Perform/problem diagnosis and provide over-the-phone support for field technicians.
• Monitor call queues and strive for minimal overtime and SLA adherence.
