Job summary

- Minimum Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent plus 4 years of technician, clinical field service or clinical customer support experience.
Responsibilities
- Travel to sites to troubleshoot system issues as part of the local team.
- Diagnose faults at component level and implement fixes.
- Perform preventative maintenance to avoid disruptions.
- Work with clinical staff to understand problems and restore functionality.
