Experience servicing medical devices or complex electronic systems preferred.
Strong written and verbal English communication skills preferred.

Responsibilities

Install, inspect, verify, maintain, troubleshoot, and de-install O-arm, imaging, AiBLE, and Mazor systems.
Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and technical issues to minimize downtime.
Coordinate service activities with customers and internal partners for timely completion.
Analyze field service data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
Deliver technical training and knowledge transfer to distributors, partners, and customer representatives.
