Medtronic plc is seeking a Field Services Engineer to support the Mazor robotic guidance system and the O-arm surgical imaging system across Northern and Central California. You will travel to hospital sites, diagnose faults, perform preventive maintenance, and collaborate with clinical staff to restore full functionality.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma and at least 4 years in field service or clinical support, with strong troubleshooting and communication skills.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 4 years technician, clinical field service or clinical customer support experience.

Aufgaben

• Travel to sites to provide repair/installation support in assigned area.
• Installs, operates, maintains, repairs, and modifies equipment on designated equipment.
• Performs maintenance and technical support on products at customer sites.
• Analyzes and evaluates products and related performance.
• Troubleshoots and diagnoses malfunctions to eliminate problems quickly.
• Lead and participate in product technical repair and clinical use training with staff.
• Provide testing and validation support to the manufacturer’s organization.
• Keep accurate records of discussions or correspondence in the complaint tracking system.
