Job summary

CTS is seeking a Field Services Engineer in Brooklyn, NY to join our Service Delivery team. You will provide hands-on, on-site and remote technical support, manage service requests in ConnectWise Manage, and uphold SLAs to ensure client infrastructure runs smoothly.

You will travel daily to client sites in Brooklyn and nearby boroughs, with occasional travel to Queens, Manhattan, and the Bronx. The role requires strong networking and multi-platform expertise and a customer-focused mindset.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a customer-facing, technical-services environment with a strong customer service focus.
