Job summary
A technology services company is seeking a technically skilled and dependable Field Technician based in Midtown Manhattan. You will provide onsite and remote support for various clients across Manhattan, Queens, and Brooklyn, requiring approximately 50% travel. The role includes troubleshooting, user assistance, network support, and hands-on technical work, all while maintaining a high level of customer service. Preferred candidates will have 2+ years of experience and knowledge in Microsoft technologies, networking, and IT support.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in a managed services, field support, or IT support role.
- Experience troubleshooting workstations and network connectivity issues.
- Familiarity with Azure and Entra ID environments.
Responsibilities
- Provide Level 1/2 support for onsite and remote client environments.
- Travel to client sites for technical support and installations.
- Document work performed and technical findings in IT Glue.
