Job summary

CIANBRO is seeking an IT Field Support Technician to provide hands-on technical assistance across multiple locations. You will diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues on desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and networks, in person or remotely, with a strong focus on customer service.

Responsibilities include installing and configuring Windows environments, supporting LAN/WAN routing, coordinating with vendors, and contributing to office moves and site deployments

Qualifications

• Certificate or degree in information technology or equivalent experience.
• Five or more years in a similar IT support role.
• Excellent technical knowledge and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and professional demeanor.
• Valid driver's license with reliable field transportation.
• Ability to pass safety training and drug testing for industrial facilities.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve onsite and remote hardware, software, and connectivity issues for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, peripherals, and printers.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows software, hardware, LAN/WAN routing and switching, and technical repairs.
• Perform basic Wi-Fi, cable, switch/AP tasks and network support.
• Coordinate with centralized IT teams, vendors and service providers as needed.
• Document incidents, service requests, and procedures in the ticketing system.
• Support IT projects such as office moves, hardware refreshes, and new site deployments.
• Maintain adherence to security policies and IT standards.
