Job summary

You will coordinate pickup schedules, assist with documentation, and support dispatch with timely information. The role requires strong communication, MS Office skills, and the ability to pass background checks for security clearance.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills in written and spoken English
• Experience in customer service or support roles preferred
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word)

Responsibilities

• Provides customer service, sales and operational support for the Service Center
• Answers phone and greets visitors
• Resolves billing problems and assists with shipment tracking
• Dispatches pickup and delivery information and schedules daily pickups
• Assists with import/export documentation and customs clearance in some markets
