Job summary

DHL Express is seeking a customer service-oriented associate to support the Service Center in daily operations, billing, and shipment tracking. You will engage with customers, handle phone inquiries, and assist in processing shipments and documentation.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, strong communication skills, and experience in customer service. Training and competitive pay are provided in a supportive, team-driven environment.

Qualifications

• High School Degree or Equivalent required.
• Previous experience in customer service/support or related field.
• Strong communication skills (oral and written).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Excel, Word).
• Must pass FAA, TSA, and CBP background checks to obtain a SIDA badge.

Responsibilities

• Provides customer service, sales and operational support for the Service Center.
• Answers phone and greets visitors.
• Resolves billing problems in relation to the Service Center.
• Research shipment tracking requests and provide feedback; resolve misplaced shipments.
• Communicates with Sales/Service to resolve customer problems.
• Assists with operational procedures including sorting, loading/unloading, shipment processing and documentation, and accepting payments.
