Job summary

DHL Express (USA), Inc. is hiring for a Service Agent to support service center operations, handle customer interactions, and assist with shipments and documentation. The role emphasizes reliable communication, accurate processing, and compliance with safety and security requirements.

The position requires a high school diploma, prior customer service experience, and the ability to pass FAA, TSA, and CBP background checks to obtain a SIDA badge. Strong Microsoft Office skills are preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Degree or Equivalent required.
• Previous experience in customer service or a related field.
• Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).
• Must pass FAA, TSA, and CBP background and security checks to obtain a SIDA badge.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service, sales and operational support at the Service Center.
• Answer phones and greet visitors.
• Resolve billing problems related to the Service Center.
• Research shipment tracking requests and resolve misplaced shipments where possible.
• Communicate with Sales/Service to resolve customer problems.
• Assist with operational procedures including sorting, loading/unloading, documentation, and forwarding shipment status.
