You will assist with billing inquiries, shipment tracking, and daily pick-up scheduling, while ensuring compliance with safety and company policies. The role requires a High School Degree, strong communication skills, proficiency with MS Office, and the ability to pass FAA, TSA, and CBP background checks for a SIDA badge.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in customer service or related field preferred.
• Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
• Proficiency with Outlook, Excel and Word is expected.
• Must pass FAA, TSA, and CBP background and security checks for a SIDA badge.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service, sales and operational support for the Service Center.
• Answer phones and greet visitors.
• Resolve billing problems related to the Service Center.
• Research shipment tracking requests and provide feedback to resolve issues.
• Coordinate with Sales/Service to resolve customer problems.
• Assist with operational procedures including sorting, loading/unloading, and documentation.
