Job summary

DHL Express in Las Vegas is seeking a customer service and operations support associate to join our Service Center team. You will handle customer inquiries, assist with shipments, billing, and documentation, and provide accurate information to customers and internal teams.

The role requires a high school diploma, strong communication skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. You may need to pass security checks (FAA/TSA/CBP) to obtain a SIDA badge.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service/support or related field.
• Strong communication skills (oral and written).
• Must pass FAA, TSA, and CBP background and security checks to acquire a SIDA badge.

Responsibilities

• Provides customer service, sales and operational support for the Service Center.
• Answers phone and greets visitors.
• Resolves billing problems in relation to the Service Center.
• Research shipment tracking requests and provides feedback; resolves misplaced shipments.
• Communicates with Sales/Service to resolve customer problems.
• Assists with sorting, loading/unloading, shipment processing and documentation.
• Dispatches pick-up and delivery information; arranges daily pick-up schedules.
• May assist with import/export documentation and customs clearance in some markets.
