Job summary

Andersen Corporation in the Dallas territory is seeking a Field Service Technician to deliver and install Andersen enterprise service solutions at customer sites. You will dismantle and replace windows and doors, perform repairs, and ensure warranty compliance while representing the Andersen brand.

The role requires a high school diploma, a valid driver’s license, and 2+ years of window installation experience, preferably with Andersen products.

Qualifications

• 2+ years window installation experience, preferably Andersen products.
• Dependability with attendance, safety and time management.
• Knowledge of products, service procedures and construction methods.
• Able to lift up to 70 lbs and work on ladders/scaffolding.
• Strong problem-solving, communication and time management.

Responsibilities

• Direct delivery of service solutions and promote Andersen brand value on site.
• Dismantle/replace windows and doors in customer settings and install parts.
• Perform repairs and install replacements; work solo or in a team as needed.
• Present a professional image and complete tasks promptly.
• Enforce warranty compliance and communicate policy information.
• Document tasks accurately (expense reports, hours, travel) and use electronic records.
