Power Home Remodeling is seeking a Service Technician to diagnose installation issues and draft fixed timelines to resolve, replace or repair. The role emphasizes field work with minimal supervision and experience in replacement windows & doors, vinyl siding, asphalt shingle roofing and gutters.

You will service mainly in the field, ensuring safety and quality while communicating clearly about needs and timelines.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma and 2-4 years of related work experience required.
• OSHA 10 and RRP Lead Renovator Certification required or provided upon employment.

Responsibilities

• Confirm all scheduled services 1-2 days in advance.
• Prepare equipment and materials before appointments.
• Review customer details, requirements, and instructions.
• Perform services efficiently while following safety protocols.
• Complete services within designated timeframes with quality workmanship.
• Seek ways to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Communicate issues needing further resolution or investigation.
